White Pine Mixed-Used

This 9-acre development features dedicated community land trust homes, mixed-use retail buildings, and market-rate apartments.
The massing of the gable shaped parallel bars in the architecture is a response to the finer urban fabric of the single-family residential neighborhoods to the east, and the pedestrian/residential oriented scale to the west.
As the project architect, I lead the team from conceptual design to design development and responsible for the contract document set.
